Returns, Exchanges, and Our Refund Policy

Free US Ground Shipping on All Orders Over $100

Please allow up to 2-3 days for packing and shipping. If you need the order to be expedited, please leave a note at checkout and I’d be happy to accommodate. 

Local Delivery & Pick-Up

If you are near the Ventura, California area, you may select free local delivery or curbside pickup at checkout. 

Easy Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to request an exchange, return or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, simply email hello@shophsmith with your order number and reason for return and we will email you a return shipping label to send back your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
